Weight Journey - Day 6

I don't think today we are going to even count the calories. It wasn't horrible but it was not great. I lost 0.2 lbs from yesterday but it's my pre-cycle week and chocolate is not escaping me. I'm limiting but not sugar-free as I had hoped. This is the week of my least resistance. I'm going to monitor and try to track tomorrow but it wasn't super pretty.

Tomorrow is my new day.


I just want to know, does chocolate make me extra sweet??
